A Little Fuel for Your Workout

As most of my friends know, I'm a bit of a workout fanatic.
I've never really been into flexing in the mirror. For me, it's all about getting the angst out. I've always loved that "oh shit I'm gonna die" feeling I get from blastin' out burpees and kettle bell swings.
On the days when I roll up to the gym and forget my headphones... oh man. Bad news. I need my music in the gym.
One of my favorite workout albums in from "Of Mice and Men." Second and Sebring is a jam that get's me fired up.
For anyone looking for the motivation to get their buts to the gym today, I got your back.
Please don't judge me for my death metal. I love it.
